Okay I've got a problem. Steam was installed on my second HDD and a while ago that went to the toilet, now when I try to install steam it says theres a problem with D drive and stops installing. It's not in my add/remove programs list.



I already went into the BIOS to make sure it wasn't trying to read a second HDD but @_@

Go your registry (Start>Run>regedit) and look for the steam key under '>HKEY-LOCAL-MACHNE >SOFTWARE >VALVE'

Should be able to find the steam folder there and remove it.

If not, you're screwed and will need to reformat, unless plex or whoever has another way of solving it.

Its a fun enough game in its own right but Halo is my FPS of choice. Whoopdee do.
